Lute FP Very cool stuff. The music is homage to 40s big-band jazz, with organic instruments played over electronic rhythms. A host of stellar vocalists make this a high energy, delightful concoction that is old and new at the same time.

There are a host of artists out there doing this 'thing' -fusing classic sounds with modern electronics- and the results can be hit or miss. This is one of the best one I've come across and is fantastic.

Swing Revolution is Jazzotron’s fifth official release with Freshly Squeezed. After three EP’s and a special Valentine’s Day single, this 12-track album is aiming to bring together the best of Jazzotron’s musical output, while also introducing several brand new songs.
Far from a simple compilation, every track on Swing Revolution has been revisited, reimagined and remastered into a new body of work. Apart from classics like Let’s Go and Diga Digga Doo, Swing Revolution also reveals a sneak peak into Jazzotron’s future with the new song My Revolution. It introduces a new featuring artist - vocalist Barbora Priester - whose voice could be heard on the 2018 Valentine’s Day single Be My Love. My Revolution weaves an arrangement around the singer’s voice that effortlessly blends electronic dance music, pop-drops and a brisk jazz guitar into a song that’s equal parts musical and clubby.
Jazzotron’s songwriting versatility and eclectic musical experience ensure that this Serbian producer and multi-instrumentalist repeatedly delivers music that pleases those who seek a fresh take on a beloved musical tradition just as much as club-goers looking for an exhilarating dance-floor anthem. Swing Revolution brings all of it together and hints at an exciting future for Electro Swing and Jazzotron in particular.
